My husband bought this off of my Amazon Wish List for me and I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed. While it’s a good looking coat, it seems to run small. I found it to be tight in the shoulders and snug all over, so there’s not much room if you want to wear a sweater under it. The sleeves are a little too long, so if I ordered a larger size, it really wouldn’t fit at all. It isn’t as long as it looks in the photo either. Maybe it’ll be okay for those women out there with small shoulders, and really long arms, but mine’s being returned for a refund.

Just received this parka/jacket (in the “pool” blue w/navy accents). The Amazon pictures are very close to actual jacket in color, finish and look. I always worry about that. It is a 3 in 1 jacket with the “lining” jacket in Navy blue. The detachable lining jacket looks great by itself. It looks like a very minimally filled down jacket. My very fashion conscious daughters (ages 14 and 11) thought the jacket looked great!

Whole jacket fit very true (I got the XL) and very warm in 30F degree weather.

Not a 5 star because…

1. lining jacket does not reconnect at the bottom waist area of the shell. Just reconnects at the sleeves and neck area.

2. Zipper to reattach the lining jacket was a tad hard to reconnect.

3. detachable hood is fabric only. No insulation.

Highly recommend this parka especially for the $69.00 price!! (tag stated $230.00 retail price) Comparable Columbia jackets are $150 and up at REI, Macy’s and other B&M and web stores.
